When the temps are in the 90's and the humidity literally runs off your back, what else is a kid and a dog to do but to turn on the spigot and get wet!!That's what we did today at Summer's house. It was too hot to even play outside UNLESS your play time included water! Even Daisy the dog had to get into the spigot and get wet too. Of course, after getting wet, there's nothing better than a bucket full of water to continue splashing and playing in!
THIS is another one of life's SIMPLE PLEASURES at its' best. Didn't cost us a dime and was worth more fun than a ticket to Disney!
Thanks God, for another SIMPLE PLEASURE in life. You are a good God. Life's SIMPLE PLEASURES are all around us. It's us who forget to make them!
