For so long I have prayed for you
Days and nights I've sought the Lord
Tears of sorrow have flowed freely
Tears of desperation continue
You've been gone too long

The world has deceived you
You've been trapped in its' web
But you aren't even struggling
To break free
Your comfortable in its' silk

You've forgotten who you once were
Do you even remember?
Once or twice you've glimpsed
The peace that HE can bring
But you run back to the web of despair

How long will you run sinner?
How far away do you think you can go?
There is not one place HE cannot see you
